By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use this website.

By accessing this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are using this site on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.

Purchases and Payments
All purchases made on workshop.thinkscaler.com are final, except where explicitly stated in the refund policy.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways, and ThinkScaler does not store your payment details.
Prices of courses, webinars, and workshops may change at any time without prior notice.
Refund Policy
To ensure transparency, we provide the following refund policy:
- Non-refundable items: All workshop registrations, online courses, and webinar purchases are non-refundable unless a session is canceled by ThinkScaler.
- Cancellation by ThinkScaler: If a session is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, registered users may opt for a full refund or reschedule for a future session.
- Technical Issues: If a user faces technical issues preventing access to purchased content, they must report it within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis.
- Session Recording & Add-ons: Add-ons such as session recordings, resume reviews, or mock interviews are non-refundable once delivered.
User Conduct
By using this platform and participating in any workshop, course, or webinar conducted by ThinkScaler, you agree to maintain professional and respectful behavior at all times.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Discrimination based on gender, caste, religion, ethnicity, nationality, or any personal attribute
- Gender-biased remarks or harassment
- Personal attacks, threats, intimidation, or abusive behavior toward instructors or other participants
- Violating another participant’s privacy
- Internet stalking or harassment of instructors or participants
- Sharing or displaying adult, obscene, or inappropriate content during sessions
- Any malicious intent or disruptive behavior affecting the learning environment
- Any illegal or nefarious activities while participating in sessions
ThinkScaler maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward such behavior.
Non-Solicitation Policy
Participants enrolled in any ThinkScaler workshop, course, mentorship, or training program agree not to directly or indirectly solicit, approach, or engage ThinkScaler instructors, mentors, trainers, employees, or representatives for private consulting, freelance work, employment, or paid services outside the ThinkScaler platform.
This restriction applies during the training period and for 12 months after completion of the program.
Examples include requesting private mentoring, offering freelance or employment opportunities to instructors, contacting mentors through personal channels to bypass ThinkScaler services, or moving mentorship discussions outside official ThinkScaler platforms.
Trainer Protection & Anti-Poaching Policy
- Participants agree not to recruit, hire, solicit, or engage any ThinkScaler trainer, mentor, instructor, consultant, or employee for employment, freelance work, consulting, or training outside ThinkScaler.
- This restriction applies during enrollment and for 24 months after completion of the program.
- Participants may also not replicate, reproduce, or build competing training programs using ThinkScaler’s curriculum, mentorship framework, or training methodology.
- Any corporate training or consulting involving ThinkScaler instructors must be conducted only through official arrangements with NeoThink Scaler Technologies Private Limited.
Account Sharing Policy
User accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
Participants may not share login credentials, allow multiple individuals to access a single account, or stream training sessions to individuals who have not registered for the program.
AI & Content Misuse Policy
- Participants may not use ThinkScaler materials to train AI systems, generate derivative training products, create competing educational content, or redistribute ThinkScaler intellectual property.
- Uploading ThinkScaler content to AI tools or training datasets without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property
- All course materials, videos, workshops, documentation, and digital resources are the intellectual property of ThinkScaler and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, recording, or sharing of ThinkScaler content is strictly prohibited.
Enforcement & Termination
ThinkScaler reserves the right to immediately terminate or restrict access to the platform if a user violates these Terms, engages in misconduct, or disrupts the learning environment.
Such enforcement may include:
- Removal from sessions
- Suspension or permanent termination of the user account
- Cancellation of ongoing or future program access
- Denial of refunds
- Legal action where applicable
Limitation of Liability
ThinkScaler is not liable for:
- Personal or professional decisions made based on the training
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of ThinkScaler services
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
