Purchases and Payments

All purchases made on workshop.thinkscaler.com are subject to these Terms and the Refund Policy below.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways, and ThinkScaler does not store your payment details.

Prices of courses, webinars, workshops, mentorship programs, and related services may change at any time without prior notice.

As ThinkScaler provides digital educational services, access to purchased services may begin immediately after purchase, upon enrollment confirmation, or after trainer assignment. Once service delivery has commenced, cancellation, return, and refund eligibility shall be governed by the Refund Policy below.

Refund Policy

To ensure transparency, ThinkScaler has established the following refund and return policy.

Return Eligibility
• Requests must be submitted within 24 hours (1 day) of purchase.
• No trainer has been assigned.
• No live class, workshop, webinar, or mentorship session has been conducted.
• The purchased digital service has not been substantially delivered.

Once a trainer has been assigned or any live session has commenced, purchases become non-refundable and non-returnable.

Defective or Service-Related Issues
Refunds or corrective actions may be considered only where:
• Incorrect course or mentorship was assigned.
• Purchased content cannot be accessed due to a verified ThinkScaler platform issue.
• Purchased service is materially defective or unavailable because of ThinkScaler.

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of purchase. After verification, ThinkScaler may provide a refund, replacement access, correction, or another reasonable solution.

Teaching Style Concerns
Learning preferences differ from person to person. If training has commenced and you are unable to understand your assigned trainer’s teaching style, this does not qualify for a refund. Where reasonably possible, ThinkScaler may instead provide a replacement trainer, reschedule remaining sessions, or provide additional learning support.

Cancellation by ThinkScaler
If ThinkScaler cancels a program before it begins, learners may choose either a full refund or rescheduling to a future batch.

Technical Issues
Technical issues preventing access must be reported within 24 hours of purchase.

Session Recordings & Add-ons
Session recordings, resume reviews, mock interviews, certificates, downloadable resources, and similar add-ons are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights available under applicable law.
